PTPK Perbadanan Tabung Pembangunan Kemahiran (PTPK), a goverment Skills Development Fund provides 100% financial assistance in the form of loans to skills trainees pursuing Malaysian Skills Certification (SKM). The fund is managed by the skills Development Fund Corporation (PTPK). Students are also provided with a monthly living allowance of RM400/=. All SLC students are eligible for this 100% loan and allowance.
